The Future Thinking Virtual Workshop will be held on November 19, 2025, and will lay the foundation for CMG's 2026 ChromaZone® CMF forecasting season where we'll be forecasting color trends for 2028+.

WORKSHOP FACILITATORS

Kiki Redhead


Global CMF & Trend Manager, The Sherwin-Williams Co

A longtime CMG member, Kiki Redhead leads all CMF & Trend initiatives for Sherwin-Williams Design Segments in Industrial & Performance Coatings, including spearheading a new DesignHouse in Minneapolis, MN. She collaborates with Industrial Design customers in appliance, office, and outdoor furniture, as well as electronics, medical devices, packaging, transportation, and heavy equipment. She also works with designers for architectural and building products on coatings development and trends, including ideation of aesthetics, performance, and sustainable solutions.

Lora Di Fabio


Design & Development Manager at American Biltrite

Lora Di Fabio is the Design & Development Manager at American Biltrite where she leads the design development of flooring products and marketing materials.

After receiving her BFA (Honours in Graphic Design) from Concordia University, Lora worked at industrial design firms and corporations, where she specialized in colour and graphic applications for consumer products. She has lectured on Colour in Manufacturing at the University of Montreal School of Design where she facilitates a yearly colour forecasting workshop.

Previous to her present position, Lora worked for Bombardier where her team received an Industrial Design Society of America (IDSA) award for their work. Other distinctions include the Advertising Excellence Award from Architectural Record and two recent Good Design awards from the Chicago Athenaeum.

A member since 2006, Lora sits on the Board of Directors of the Color Marketing Group and serves as Liaison for North America, and is a member of the Color Forecasting Committee. Lora is also a board member of the Colour Research Society of Canada.
