Thoma is a Creative Director and Colorologist with over 30 years of experience in the colour and design industries. Her work centers on the strategic application of colour to support well-being, cultural relevance, and informed design decision-making.

Her career began with the establishment of a Paint and Design Centre, which she developed into a community-driven hub for creativity, education, and collaboration. In the early 1990s, Thoma pioneered in-home colour consultation services, expanding access to professional colour expertise and influencing industry practices still in use today.

As the Founder and Creative Director of Thoma & Co Designs Inc., she leads residential and commercial projects that integrate colour research, wellness principles, and practical application. Her global perspective—shaped by international upbringing and extensive travel—brings depth and context to her approach.

Thoma has been a member of the Color Marketing Group (CMG) since 2016, leads ColorSpeak events, serves on CMG committees, and is Vice President of the Colour Research Society of Canada (CRSC).
